Recent developments within the Internet community, such as "entrepreneurs" trying to make money without working or investing, have forced us to post this addition to our website. We regret that it has become necessary to inform these people that copying our website, verbiage, forms, style or anything else covered under our copyright, and representing it as yours for financial gain, will result in your being sued to the fullest extent of Federal and State law.

We recently caught someone who had copied more than enough of our website to lead to their being convicted of plagiarism. The first stage of the lawsuit has begun. Their "Home" page now says, "Temporarily Closed For Site Maintenance", but is not temporary.

Now, we realize that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery; but, we worked very hard and spent a considerable amount of time and money developing this website. It is completely original and represents a legitimate research organization comprised of honest, hard-working individuals who do not take kindly to having the fruits of their labor stolen from them. So, if you are thinking about doing something dishonest, be forewarned - plagiarism is a crime punishable by fines and imprisonment. And, we will seek punitive damages including, but not limited to, legal fees and any monetary or financial gain you might have received as a result of stealing from us.
