  Batch Employer Search Details: 

1) The above price schedule applies to submitted batches containing the specified number of subjects. The Search Fee is for each search that finds the subject's current employer information. Current employer information will include the current, verified employer's name, address and phone number. NOTE: In some cases where the subject works "in the field", "on the road", out of a union hall, or in a branch office, only the employer's home office or corporate headquarters, or the union hall  information may be available. Whenever possible, we will obtain and report branch or field office information.

2) The fee for finding and reporting that there is no current employer information is $40 per subject.

3) Because this is a conventional investigation, as opposed to a database search, turnaround time for this type of search is unpredictable. With large batches of Employer Searches, there are always some that turnaround very quickly - one or two days, and some that take 2 to 3 weeks, or longer. Some clients ask that we report the results as they come in. Others ask that we report on a specified time-table, such as every other day, every week, etc.. And, some ask that we wait until all of the results are in, and then make one report containing the completed task. You may request any reporting schedule that suits your needs. 

4) Required data to search: Subject's Legal Name, Subject's SSN (see Item 5), State-To-Search. Additional info, such as current address, current contact phone, previous employer/s, should be included if known.

5) If the subject's SSN is not included, or if the submitted SSN is incorrect and the researcher can find the correct SSN, an SSN Locate Fee of $5 per each subject in batches of 100 or more will be charged. In batches of less than 100, the SSN Locate Fee is $15. The SSN Locate Fee is non-refundable whether or not the Employer Search is successful.

6) Payment for services for large batches (100 or more subjects per batch) will be invoiced every 30 days beginning 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. Payment for each invoice shall be made within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. For smaller batches (less than 100 subjects per batch), payment is required when the order is submitted, and any refund due to no current employment found will be issued at the completion of the order. There is no "up-front" or "retainer" fee; however, prior to commencement of services for new accounts, we may require, as security, a credit card capable of paying for the requested services.
