In the missing persons search and adoption reunion business, true success is measured by the number of "thank yous" received from the clients. We are fortunate to have access to the most current, most up-to-date sources of birth and adoption registries, genealogy sources, and name and address data that currently exist; and have designed systems that use our access to that information to the fullest extent possible. In addition, we strive to provide our service completely, honestly and expeditiously. As a result of our efforts, we regularly receive "Thank You" letters, phone calls and emails from our clients.

For our prospective clients who are curious about our 'success rate', or who would like to know what other people say, we have provided the following as a small sampling of the messages we receive. They are genuine and are unedited - except where names and addresses have been deleted at the request of the client.

NOTE: We have secured permission from these people to display their messages; however, for privacy reasons most have asked that we not publish their full name or address on the Internet. If, however, you would like definitive confirmation or would like to discuss the details concerning a particular case, some have stated that they would be conducive to being contacted for such confirmation and/or discussion. To that end, we have assigned each Thank You message an identifying label. If you have questions about a particular case, simply include that label in a request using the Feedback form provided below. If the client has given us permission to do so, we will provide their full contact information.

Just a quick line to let you know that the results of your social security number trace were right on! I didn't mention this when I placed my order, but I have been looking for my baby sister for over 15 years. She left our family shortly after her eighteenth birthday. (I just found out that our stepfather, who was killed several years ago in an auto accident, had been molesting her for years, and that was the reason she left.) There is no other way to say it...THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! I am crying as I write this. I am so thankful, and so happy I can hardly contain myself. You have made my life whole!

Some quick background - I was adopted, and although I love my Mom and Dad and really appreciate them, every since I found out that I was adopted I have always wondered just who I really am, and most of all, why my bio-parents gave me away. Well, now I know; and I know that my birth mother has loved me all of my life - in fact, every year for the last 24 years, on my birthday, she actually has bought a present for me! I'm not going to get into the exact details of why she had to give me away, but suffice it to say that she was/is a good person who got in trouble and had to make a very hard decision to do the best thing for me. Anyway, thanks to your service, now I feel alot better about myself...and her.

Last Saturday my husband talked to his son for the first time in ten years. After a bad divorce, his ex-wife moved away with their toddler, and soon disappeared with no forwarding address.
