Your personal information is safe with us...period! We do not sell, divulge, disseminate, publish or otherwise make available to anyone outside of our company any information about anybody we do business with. We don't collect any information about our clients that is not absolutely necessary to normal business management.
We ask that our clients provide us with the following, which is used only for bookkeeping, the processing of payment, to provide a means for us to return to the client the information we have found for them, and/or to contact the client in the event that we have a question or problem concerning their order:

Concerning the subject of an investigation or search: Our privacy policy is the same as that concerning the client. We do not sell, divulge, disseminate, publish or otherwise make available to anyone outside of our company any information about anybody we are investigating or searching for. We don't collect any information about the subject of our investigation or search that is not absolutely necessary to achieve the goal of the investigation or search.
We keep a copy of every report we produce because current law dictates that we maintain records of every transaction for 3 years so that we can verify the legality of each transaction; and, in case the client needs another copy of his report in the future. But, we do not maintain any sort of list or database containing information about people for the purpose of using that information in any way other than for those reasons.
Concerning protecting ourselves from criminals: When you submit a search using one of our online forms, we collect the following information in case it turns out that you are a criminal intent upon obtaining our services with a stolen credit card - which means that we do not get paid after we spend our time and money filling the order:
The Date of the Transaction
The Exact Time of the Transaction - To The Second
The Identity of the Server Your Computer is Using to Access the Internet
And, finally, so that we can be sure that our website is clearly and easily 'readable' by the majority of the popular browsers and operating systems, we collect information that tells us what browser you are using - Netscape Navigator Version So-and-So, Internet Explore 5.x, etc. - and your operating system - Windows 98, Mac, etc.. In other words, we need to be sure that your computer interprets our website correctly.
No other information is collected; and, to reiterate, no information is used for any purpose other than to enable us to complete the requested transaction, to communicate with the client, to meet the requirements of the law and to protect ourselves from criminals.
